Update on Baby Ben
it looks definite at this point that Ben has meningitis with his sepsis. This will prolong his length of antibiotic treatment; we should get to meet with the Infectious Disease doctor sometime today. We were feeling a little anxious and discouraged last night, but we had a VERY encouraging snuggle time with Ben this morning. He is beginning to feel more comfortable overall. He opened his eyes to gaze at daddy and enjoyed a little nap on mommy's chest. We are so thankful for everyone's prayers and God's great hand of healing!

Today, my milk supply greatly decreased (An usual event during a traumatic experience) and I spent a lot of time with the lactation nurse trying to get it back up. I know that Baby Ben NEEDS it :) It has been a frustrating process. James keeps reminding me.. it is like milking a cow. Thanks, James!
