First day of PDO

Ben recently had his first day at Parents Day Out. He did great!!! He was happy the whole time and only slept for 30 mins the entire time! :-) 

Goofy'a Soup

Andrew is in love with an episode of Mickey Mouse where Goofy is sick and Minnie takes him soup. He loves to pretend to be sick and fake sneeze. He also begs for soup to make him better.  So while we were at Walmart we bought soup and he tried it. Of course he took one bite of it and he was all better and didn't want any more bites... :-/

Zoo Time

Andrew has been asking for awhile now to go to the zoo. When it cooled off, we took advantage and headed to the zoo.

Andrew asked to pet the goats but once he was in there it took MAJOR convincing to actually pet the animals.

He got so excited about seeing all the animals!

Ben was less impressed!

 

Loves to drive a tractor

Whenever Andrew asked for the zoo, we asked him what are you going to do there. He would list seeing several of the animals and he always included eat popcorn and a snow cone. This made us laugh. When the Uganda girls were here we ate those and I guess he remembered... This kid has his daddy's memory.  

So we couldn't disappoint this little boy in his dreams of the zoo.

We had a fun family day at the zoo!

3 months

At 3 months you are:

~ You are a HAPPY, easy going baby! You will smile and coo at people all day long. You love to have a "conversation".
~About 14 pounds

~About 23.5 inches

~Drinking 4 oz bottles every 2-3 hours

~Still taking Zyntac twice a day

~Sleep from 11-6 every night in the swing but goes straight back to sleep until 9

~You nap on your tummy and LOVE it. Once you can roll over you can sleep there all the time.
~You refuse to suck a paci. We have tried all types. You prefer your fingers.

~You don't have a strict schedule. You just cat nap as we go about our day. You tend to be the most alert in the evening time

~Wearing size 1 diapers. You would be in 2, but we bought too many 1s

~ Wearing size 3-6 month clothes

~You LOVE your play mat!!! You kick your little legs and catch your hanging animals.

~You love the TV. We think this will convince you to roll.

New Tricks:
~ Holding up your head on your tummy
~Starting to sit supported with boppy

We had a fun evening one night! Andrew did several fun things together like make Mickey Rice Krispie treats.
