Easter on the Farm

We headed down to Houston for Easter. We spend Saturday at the farm and Nana spoiled Andrew with his own Easter Egg hunt. He had a blast!!!

After the egg hunt, we headed to the pond. Uncle Glen showed Andrew how to fish.

31 Weeks

How far along? 31 Weeks. This week, Ben measures over 16 inches long. He weighs about 3 1/3 pounds (about the size of a coconut) and is heading into a growth spurt. He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin.

Heartbeat: 140s

Maternity clothes? Yep!

Sleep: ROUGH week on sleeping. Between my allergies and my body "falling asleep"...

Best Moment This Week:  Celebrating Hannah's *gasp* 5th birthday!!!!

Movement: ALL day long!  

Food Cravings: Sour candy like sour straws

Gender: Boy... our little BLT!

Labor Signs: None, thankfully!

Belly Button in or out? Very stretch on the bottom... poking out on the top

What I Miss: Being able to help do things like plant

What I am Looking Forward to:  Having a weekend with NO PLANS!!! (except I want to plant...LOL)

Went to the doctor on Friday and everything is looking great! She said I had lost 4 pounds but no according to our scale. I am exactly where I should be had I not had the "big" weight gain. :-)

Shoe

Andrew had taken off his shoe in the back of the yard. I ask him to bring it to me. He brought it to me... It made me laugh! You never know what this little boy will do next.

 

Wordless Wednesday

M&Ms and Stamps

We emptied out his Easter Eggs from school. He wanted to eat the M&Ms so I let him. Then we opened stamps. I told him he had to wait to play with them. I turned back around and found this. I guess that is one way to play with M&Ms and stamps.

30 Weeks!!!

How far along? 30 Weeks!!! 10 Weeks to go... 70 days... Crazy! Ben is about 15.7 inches long now and weighs almost 3 pounds (about the size of a large cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds him, but that volume will shrink a she gets bigger. His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day.

Sleep: Better week on sleeping

Best Moment This Week:  Gigi visiting us!!! She even planted us bushes in our backyard! And I got a dinner and movie date with James!!! Talking about being spoiled this week!

Movement: ALL day long!  He has started to move to Andrew's old spot. James and I have enjoyed watching him move while in bed.

Swelling has gone done mostly and very mild. Also, had 3 of some of my best blood pressure readings. Apparently, being outside and helping a little was good for me!
