Never Ending Birthday

Wow! This was DEFINITELY one of my favorite birthdays yet! I think we celebrated it all week!!! I was given so many surprises and sweet cards. 

On Saturday, the Hayes family and the other Tyler came over. The last time Hannah was over she asked if we were doing a Christmas craft. Umm...well all my crafting is at work now. So this time I made sure to have a Christmas craft.

We gave the Hayes family their gifts. Jonah was so thankful! :-)

Shelly and Christie surprised me with a cookie cake!  They also collected money and had my class buy me a gift card to Texas Roadhouse! They are SO thoughtful!

James surprised me numerous times. Here are the gorgeous flowers he sent me at school. 

On Wednesday, we celebrated more with cake! And Shelly made Chicken Spaghetti. 

Andrew played with the doll house and watched the baby show. 

Thank you everyone for all the birthday wishes! I truly had a birthday I will remember!

Short Visit

Ethan and Hannah stopped by for a short visit this week.

It was sweet watching the boys play together.

Hannah thought it would be fun to read the Bible in the ball pool.

Well... until the boys double teamed her. I have a feeling this not the last they gang up on her. :-)

Movie Monday

Run! Run! As fast as you can....

I'm the GINGERBREAD MAN. I had SOOO much fun on Tuesday.

We read The Gingerbread Man. After the story, we made our own Gingerbread cookies.

While the cookies were cooling, they ran away! So we had to go on a hunt to find them. That Gingerbread man is so fast! The kids had SOOO much fun running from clue to clue. 

Finally he got locked in our classroom. Whew! Thank goodness! It was a neat experience to watch them get so excited. I love my job!

Making Memories!

On Saturday, we got to keep all the kiddos while Wes and Shelly went to a Christmas party. They all were SOOOO good, and we had a LOT of fun!

James and I got brave and took the kids to Up in Lights drive thru Christmas lights. Andrew got a special treat of facing forward.

Once we arrived, all the kids were unbuckled from their seats and got to sit in the front.

We got back and everyone took a shower. Then we have been open a bedtime story. Hannah got to open the book.

After the bedtime story, we headed back to Wes and Shelly's house for bedtime.  We were unsuccessful at getting them all to sleep.... but at least they were still alive and happy! ;-)

We had sooo much fun and are sooo glad we get to make these memories! Love all these precious kids soooo much!
