Hanging with Daddy

I love that when James comes home he loves hanging out with Andrew. Andrew LOVES his daddy. I know he wishes James took care of him all day... but someone has to pay the bills. :-D With that being said... today is my SECOND DAY as a STAY AT HOME MOMMY!!! Can I just tell you that I am LOVING IT!!!

When James is home... you often find Andrew in his arms. I have to remind James not to spoil our baby. :-) But it warms my heart that he cherishes our son so much! On Saturday, we went to have lunch with James at the hospital.

Andrew reaches for EVERYTHING! Yesterday, Andrew grabbed James's glasses. James showed him how to properly wear them. :-D 

Thank you, James, for letting me stay at home and capture all these moments! We love you!

Frienemies

Baxter is constantly trying to get Andrew to play. He will nudge him the ball like Andrew can throw it. Well, last week, I put the ball in Andrew's lap. Andrew actually picked it up. If Baxter isn't trying to get him to play, he is avoiding Andrew's hands. Looking forward to the day they can actually play together.

I keep thinking with all this rolling and playing that he surely is going to wear himself out and sleep all night. Nope! Good thing he is cute! But I sure do miss my champion sleeper :-(

This Weekend

On Friday we celebrated Andrew's half birthday! He went to the Dr. for his checkup and shots. I am happy to report he is a happy, healthy (and chunky) boy! We love you, Chunkamonk!

Length: 26.25  inches 46 %tile

Weight: 18.4 pounds 65 %tile

Head: 17.5 inches 69%tile (Now we know why his hats don't fit)

On Saturday, Gigi and Pawpaw came to visit. (Well, really get furniture.) But we had fun while they were here. 

 

 

On Sunday, we rested. :-) It was much needed!!!

 

 We enjoyed our weekend!
