Fun Weekend

James and I had a fabulous long weekend. I am now in my fifteenth week. Our baby is 4 inches long and about 2.5 ounce. About the size of an apple.  It seems like over the past week or so my stomach has grown and I know longer fit in my clothes. So my sweet husband took me shopping.

Then we headed to Gymboree to look... big mistake! They were having a good sale. All sale items were an additional 30% off. You all know how much we LOVE good deals and SHOPPING! So we ended up with outfits for both genders. As my mom taught me... you can always return.
Dont these little shoes look like they belong on a little James!!!
We ended our day making a flower arrangement. Or should I say my very talented husband made an arrangement and I assisted.

What a FABULOUS weekend!

Baby make Three

We are so excited to be expecting our first baby! It is hard to believe I have made it through the first trimester and beginning the second! During my first trimester, my main symptoms of pregnancy were tiredness and aversions to meat. Thankfully, some of that is subsiding. Our baby is 3 1/2 inches long, about the size of a lemon, weight 1.5 ounces. So small, but he/she has grown SOOO much! On Oct. 10 we get to find out what we are having... We CANT WAIT!
The 5th pregnancy test... just to be sure!

James was super sweet and brought me home flowers to celebrate. Pink... could he be hoping for a girl?

The crib! Now if I can get bedding...

At eight weeks, Baxter insisted being in my arms.  He is trying to soak up all his time that is left..
At 14 weeks... starting to show a little...

Summer with Hannah

Shelly has been so sweet to let me take Hannah places. :-) We have been to the splash park, movies, and Barnes and Noble. It has been so much fun for me! Hopefully, Hannah has had just as much fun. Well, today I took Hannah to Piddlin Pottery. She painted a cupcake... of course... PINK!
Thanks Shelly for letting me steal her!

From Drab to Fab

After LOTS of hard work from many, our landscaping is complete! Below are the new pics. :-)
One exhausted lady!

The back porch. We had a friend recently joke, where are you hiding the kid.

Mandevilla LOVES its new home.

I fell in love with the Passion Fruit flower on our honeymoon, so we planted one to remind us of that day.

Aren't they a neat flower?

Camillia, Petunias, and Daylilies

The is a hydrangea tree. This backs up to the one day nursery. We plan to be able to open the windows and watch the birds play in the birdbath.

The impatiens were a fabulous idea, Mom.

Fiesta for Ethan

Many of you were apart of this SURPRISE! ... and boy did we surprise Shelly! Below are all the pictures.

Easter Celebration

After working all weekend on the yard, my parents, James and I headed to church. What a great service! We are so blessed by Pastor Dykes. Then we came home and had a wonderful meal with Wes and Shelly. We gave Hannah an Easter basket filled with goodies. :-) Who would have thought bugs and princesses would be in the same basket?!?!?!

Then we hid Easter eggs for Hannah to hunt!

The unicorn and princess go night night in the grass :-)
