Rodeo

Andrew went to his first rodeo. Daddy's back was hurting so he couldn't come, but we missed him!

Carnival

After getting Ben's ears, the next day we went to the carnival. It was hotter than I expected.

 

 

Andrew was not really up for the heat and was grouchy!

 

But he did enjoy the rides!

Ben got hearing aids. They seems to be helping. He now says the M sound. He also says Uh oh. So proud of him for leaving them on. (Which is also a good sign that they are helping!)

 

 

Andrew saw Ben get his "ears" so Andrew knows how important they are.

Family night

We spent some time enjoying the backyard and nice temperatures.

I told Andrew if he helped me collect pinecones then I would let him make a bird feeder.  So when my class made birdfeeders, I let him join us.

Odie

There is a neighborhood donkey named Odie that Andrew ALWAYS asks to go feed... so we did. Andrew is always asks to buy apples for Odie. :-) Sweet that he is finally not as scared of animals and will feed him all by himself!

 

Brother wasn't so sure about this outing!
