M&Ms and Stamps

We emptied out his Easter Eggs from school. He wanted to eat the M&Ms so I let him. Then we opened stamps. I told him he had to wait to play with them. I turned back around and found this. I guess that is one way to play with M&Ms and stamps.

30 Weeks!!!

How far along? 30 Weeks!!! 10 Weeks to go... 70 days... Crazy! Ben is about 15.7 inches long now and weighs almost 3 pounds (about the size of a large cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds him, but that volume will shrink a she gets bigger. His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day.

Maternity clothes? Yep!

Sleep: Better week on sleeping

Best Moment This Week:  Gigi visiting us!!! She even planted us bushes in our backyard! And I got a dinner and movie date with James!!! Talking about being spoiled this week!

Movement: ALL day long!  He has started to move to Andrew's old spot. James and I have enjoyed watching him move while in bed.

Food Cravings: Sour candy like sour straws

Gender: Boy... our little BLT!

Labor Signs: None, thankfully!

Belly Button in or out? Very stretch and starting to poke out... I saw it through my shirt this week. :-(

What I Miss: Being able to help do things like plant

What I am Looking Forward to:  Having a weekend with NO PLANS!!! (except I want to plant...LOL)

Swelling has gone done mostly and very mild. Also, had 3 of some of my best blood pressure readings. Apparently, being outside and helping a little was good for me!

PDO Easter Egg Hunt

Andrew had his first Easter Egg Hunt at school. He did really great and found a TON of eggs. He even found the golden egg and received a special surprise of bubbles. One of his favs! I even was able to slip out of my classroom and watch. A special treat for me!

 

29 Weeks

How far along? 29 weeks! Ben now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (about the size of a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. His muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and his head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain

Best Moment This Week:  Finished painting Ben's room... closer to a finished room! and Celebrating Easter with Family

Movement: ALL day long! Unlike Andrew he stays low and I usually feel him on the underside of belly.

A little swelling has begun in my hands and ankles. Praying it is normal pregnancy symptoms. :-)

We got up bright and early to walk in the Carry a Jerry. This was James's first time! It made it extra fun having him around!
